Are you ready for Camp? Plans are well underway to have another great year of learning, fun, quizzes, and fellowship! Be studying James 2. Each evening will feature a sermon on this powerful passage. In the morning, Pastor Phil Furtoran is teaching on the Life of Joseph. The Missionary Story, from Miss Rose Ann, will be about the life of Don Richardson.
The cost to attend camp is $140. To sign up for camp, please visit FLBPC.org/Camp – there is both a registration form and a waiver which must be completed by the first day of camp.

Our camp is held at beautiful Camp Sonlight in Summerfield, FL. The address is 16989 SE 58th Ave, Summerfield, FL 34491.
Camp Program
We invite all first-graders through teens to attend camp with us. For many years we have developed this camping program. We have games, Bible lessons, singing, swimming, and canteen each day.
Cost & Deadline
The cost of this camp is a reasonable $140. We strive to keep the cost of camp as low as possible. All of our staff are volunteers, freely giving their time to the campers. The deadline to register is June 15. Registration is online at flbpc.org/camp. Money is due before we leave.
Date & Departure
Camp runs from June 27-Jul 2. Check with your church for departure details. The goal is to start camp at 10 am, so please arrive at 9:45.
Supervision
The pastors and adults from the participating churches supervise the campers. There is a small ratio of young.
What to Bring
Bible, sleeping bag, personal hygiene products, comfortable shoes and clothes, modest bathing suit with dark T-shirt cover-up (no bikinis).
There is a canteen each day with candy and drinks available for purchase. Campers should bring money with them. Candy and soda are both $1. Soda can be purchased at lunch and dinner, as well.
What Not to Bring
Knives, electronics, candy or gum, or bad attitudes.
Purpose
The purpose of the camp program is to train the spirit while enjoying God’s creation. We believe it is good for young people to get away from the influences of society.
We take them into God’s beautiful creation, share God’s grace in Jesus Christ, and encourage them to walk with God.
The Word of God is taught in classes each day and reinforced with quizzes.
